Release notes for SDK manual document version 1.4

+ multiple script support from FW 4.5 and RFC 0.8
- removed setpawn and setpawnstd commands, that became obsolete in FW 4.5
- new command setpawnauto that replaces the previous two mentioned for FW 4.5
- new command pdir that lists all installed scripts for FW 4.5
- new commands pawneraseflash and pawnerasemycube for FW 4.5
