Latest RFCSuite available from http://www.futurocube.com/support/ Python 2.7.13 with PySerial (if you need 3.6.0 I will be happy to rewrite it) Nrfjprog utility, look at http://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Bluetooth-low-energy/nRF51822, you have to go to the downloads section and look for nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools for your platform. Here is list of currently available files, (links might change in future):
nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools-Win32 - works at win64 as well!
